Cannot move shared file to my drive on my iPad. Help! - This is a work google account. For context, my clients fill out paperwork that gets dumped into a shared folder with myself and my colleagues. I move my clients’ files to my work drive and organize the forms into folders for my clients. I am able to move files on my Mac desktop computer, but my iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPad (9th generation) won’t let me move then. I have editing access, so it isn’t a privilege thing. I talked to a Senior Advisor, the highest up rep you can before engineering, at Apple and they said it has to be a google problem. Since I’m not the company administrator and don’t own the account, I can’t contact customer support to google. Does anyone know how to fix this?

*also my supervisor told me not to get an iPad and to get a Chromebook instead and I didn’t listen. She said apple and google don’t work well together. I still don’t want a Chromebook, but I really want to figure out how to make this work. Don’t let me swallow my pride! 🤪
