Dealership wants me to come resign papers - Bought a truck on 5/20. Dealership called me on 6/14 and said there was an error on my loan app and the bank denied it. But they got me new financing which is 5 dollars less a month.
This is all I know so far. Don’t know what the interest or term length is.
Does this fall under the bushing law since I’m in WA?
UPDATE: So I called the dealership back to try and get more details before I go down there. They said that the loan is still through the original bank, the error was the taxes on the total amount didn't add up correctly.
Was told same APR and same Term length. But I still have to come resign a few papers.Personal Finance
