The REE mineralization at Black Cat is primarily found in clays overlying unknown syenite intrusions and remains open in all directions. Notable drilling results include several intersections with significant total rare earth oxide (TREO) widths and grades.

Lithium Prospects at Crystal Palace: Exploration and Drilling Results

Drilling at Crystal Palace targeted a west-south-west trending swarm of pegmatites. Several narrow pegmatites were intersected, showing promising lithium grades. The presence of lepidiolite mica in most intercepts is particularly encouraging, indicating potential for lithium-tantalum-caesium (LTC) mineralization.

Future Exploration Potential

The mapped pegmatite swarm at Crystal Palace extends under shallow cover to the west. The ongoing gravity survey is expected to assist in identifying additional drill targets under cover, potentially unveiling more lithium-bearing pegmatites.

Strategic Review of Mt York Gold Project: Review and Potential Monetization

Kairos is actively reviewing options for monetizing its Mt York Gold Project, which boasts a 1. 6 million ounces resource. The project demonstrates clean metallurgy and scope for further growth. Discussions with third parties about potential corporate transactions are underway as part of the strategic review process.

Financial Position and Outlook: Cash Reserves and Funding

As of December 31, 2023, Kairos Minerals reported cash reserves of $6. 42 million, positioning it well for continued exploration and development activities.
