The acquisition process culminated with Strike Energy acquiring 100% of the issued capital in Talon Energy from its shareholders. In compliance with the terms of the Scheme, Talon shareholders, excluding Ineligible Foreign Shareholders and Cash Out Shareholders, received 0.4828 new Strike shares for each Talon share they held as of the Scheme record date, 18 December 2023. These shares commenced trading on a deferred settlement basis from 15 December 2023 and are expected to transition to normal settlement trading on the ASX from 28 December 2023.
