Licensing Agreement: Weebit signed a commercial agreement with DB HiTek, which is among the top-10 foundries globally. This agreement licenses Weebit's embedded ReRAM (Resistive Random Access Memory) technology. ReRAM offers improved performance and power efficiency compared to existing flash technology, making it an attractive option for various industries.

Successful Qualification: Weebit's ReRAM module was successfully qualified at automotive temperatures of up to 125° Celsius. This achievement increases the potential applications of Weebit's technology, particularly in the automotive industry.
