Farewell to a Seasoned Contributor
The planned retirement of Mr. Anthony Cipriano, scheduled for December 31, 2023, marks the departure of a pivotal figure who played a crucial role in Liontown's transformative journey from an explorer to a pre-production mining company. Cipriano, a Lead Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, leaves a significant legacy, having guided the Company through various stages of growth, including the recent successful debt and equity funding for the Kathleen Valley Lithium Project.
Tim Goyder, Liontown's Chairman, expressed gratitude for Cipriano's immense contribution, acknowledging his financial prowess and strategic insights that steered Liontown's evolution.
