Rox Resources Reports High-grade Assay Results at Youanmi Gold Project

Australian gold exploration firm Rox Resources (ASX: RXL) announced strong results in their quarterly activities report for June 2023. The company reported substantial advances in their flagship Youanmi Gold Project located near Mt Magnet in Western Australia, which yielded promising high-grade assays through their ongoing resource definition and near-mine exploration drilling campaign.

Highlights:

Shareholders approved the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Youanmi Gold Project, delivering a simplified ownership structure and access to capital.

The ongoing drilling campaign delivered high-grade assay results, including:

RXDD052: 4. 00m @ 14. 85g/t Au from 298m

RXDD058: 6. 53m @ 10.

31g/t Au from 339. 47m; and 7. 61m @ 8. 20g/t Au from 356. 39m

RXDD062: 22. 00m @ 6. 31g/t Au from 355m, including: 11. 20m @ 10. 37g/t Au from 355m

Further drilling confirmed the new near-mine Paddy's Lode discovery delivering significant intercepts, including RXDD080: 5. 70m @ 8. 26g/t Au from 233. 30m.
The new results suggest strong potential to expand the existing resource and upgrade emerging discoveries, such as Paddy's Lode. These high-grade assays have confirmed the company's exploration model for the Link area and have deepened promising potentials for mineralisation south of the historical mining area. Geophysical surveys are said to be underway to provide additional data on these developments.

Robert Ryan, the Managing Director of Rox Resources, expressed his satisfaction with the results, noting the strong progress that has been made in the past quarter. The shareholder's strong endorsement has positioned the company for further exploration and development of the Youanmi Gold Project.
