Perth, Australia - Strandline Resources Limited (ASX: STA) has announced the completion of its seventh shipment of Heavy Mineral Concentrate (HMC) from its Coburn mineral sands project in Western Australia. Alongside the shipment, the company has also commenced the next commissioning campaign for the downstream Mineral Separation Plant (MSP), a crucial phase in the project's development.

The recent shipment, totalling approximately 7,800 tonnes, was valued at around A$9. 1 million CIF. Originally scheduled for June, the shipment was delayed due to external factors outside of Strandline's control. With this latest shipment, the company has exported a total of around 65,000 tonnes of HMC since commercial production commenced on November 18, 2022. These shipments have generated a total revenue of approximately A$69 million, providing working capital to support ongoing operations and the ramp-up process at Coburn.

The commissioning campaign for the downstream MSP is a significant milestone for Strandline Resources. The plant is designed to separate the HMC into valuable critical minerals, including zircon, titanium (rutile and ilmenite), and a zircon in concentrate product (ZIC) containing monazite rare earths. Refinements made to the MSP dust extraction system and other circuits during June 2023 have already demonstrated improved mineral separation efficiencies. This progress allows for further commissioning of the downstream circuits, bringing the company closer to full operational capacity at Coburn.

Strandline Resources remains committed to developing its Coburn mineral sands project and delivering value to its stakeholders. The successful completion of the seventh HMC shipment, alongside the commencement of the next MSP commissioning campaign, reinforces the company's continued progress in the mineral sands industry.

Looks like we're going through something, but who would have thought with all these tarrifs, inflation and trade wars going on
