Effective from 31 January 2024, Jacqueline McGill AO joins the MinRes Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Ms. McGill is celebrated for her over 30 years of strategic and operational experience in the mining and resources sectors, with a career covering a diverse range of commodities including iron ore, copper, gold, coal, and uranium.

Ms. McGill's notable career includes chief executive positions at Mitsui Coal and Olympic Dam Corporation, a BHP subsidiary, where she successfully turned around business performance. Her leadership has earned her the prestigious Officer of the Order of Australia in 2020 for her services to the mining sector, gender equity, and workplace diversity.

As of now, Ms. McGill holds positions as an Independent Non-Executive Director at New Hope Corporation Limited, Gold Fields Limited, and 29Metals Limited.

Departure of Kelvin Flynn

Kelvin Flynn, serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director, will resign from the MinRes Board, effective 31 January 2024. Mr. Flynn's tenure spans 14 years, during which he has been instrumental in the company's growth and transformation.

Contributions and Legacy

Appointed in 2010, Mr. Flynn has been pivotal in MinRes's journey, notably chairing the Audit and Risk Committee for nine years. His commercial insight and guidance have been fundamental in MinRes's evolution from a mining services contractor to a prominent Australian company.

Appointment of Jenna Mazza

Jenna Mazza will take on the role of joint Company Secretary from 31 January 2024. Ms. Mazza, who joined MinRes in 2014, has been integral in senior legal positions, most recently as General Manager, Corporate Legal.

Ms. Mazza will be replacing Derek Oelofse, who steps down from the role of joint Company Secretary to focus on his position as General Manager, Corporate Finance.
