$AZS Why is Azure Minerals Drilling Find Significant for Lithium Exploration?
Azure Minerals Limited has reported promising results from its early diamond drilling at Target Area 3 (TA3), indicating the presence of extensive and high-grade lithium mineralization. The results correlate with previous visual observations of significant quantities of spodumene within the pegmatites. As the drilling continues, substantial amounts of spodumene have been visually identified, awaiting assay results for further analysis.

Exploring the Technical Details

The Andover pegmatite swarm, covering a vast area of 9km east-west and up to 5km north-south, consists of numerous outcropping pegmatites. Extensive surface sampling and drilling have confirmed the presence of high lithium grades in many of these pegmatites.

At present, Azure Minerals has completed 33 diamond core holes for a total of 7,258 meters at TA3. This is part of the larger Andover Lithium Project, which has seen a total of 125 diamond core holes (38,346m), 91 RC holes (17,238m), 36 RC pre-collars (7,718m), and 25 diamond core tails ...
