Winsome Resources Limited Secures up to A$60M in Funding to Boost Canadian Operations
Winsome Resources Limited, an Australian-listed company, recently took decisive measures to quicken the pace of its Canadian projects by committing to raise up to AUD 60 million.
This strategic move encompasses a three-tier capital raise and is anticipated to expedite lithium exploration and resource drilling at two of their key projects in Canada. "This capital injection enhances Winsome Resources' capacity to facilitate rapid production and operational gains across our Canadian Lithium projects," an insider stated.
The funding mechanism for achieving this financial boost was broken down to include an AUD 19 million flow-through placement at AUD 4. 18 per share and a AUD 31 million placement, among others.
Simultaneously, Winsome Resources has initiated drilling programs at its Cancet and Adina lithium projects located in Quebec, Canada. These exploration sites play a pivotal role in the company’s long-term growth strategy, and the capital infusion will significantly impact the advancement and potential yield from these projects.
